An evening of family fun and creativity comes to the Fenimore Art Museum. Bring your family and enjoy a night of cultural encounters. Engage in a guided exploration of the exhibitions and encounter Henry Hudson, folk art, and Native American objects on a "sail" up the Hudson River.

Make your own origami or bead and pipe cleaner creatures. Contribute to a community-created art piece. Enjoy family-friendly live music.

Join artist Susan Jones Kenyon in a six-week painting class at the Fenimore. 

Participants view and learn the history behind specific paintings by Grandma Moses, then reinterpret one of her iconic pieces, as well as create their own folk art.

The program is open to adults ages 18 and older. No previous painting experience is necessary. Susan Jones Kenyon is a versatile artist, proficient in realism, impressionism, and folk art.
