Winslow Homer: The Nature and Rhythm of Life, from the Arkell Museum at Canajoharie
Guest editor Martha Hoppin and authors David Tatham, Sarah Burns, and the Arkell Museum’s Diane Forsberg provide new research on Homer and his technique in a catalogue highlighting the Fenimore Art Museums 2014 exhibition, Winslow Homer: The Nature and Rhythm of Life, on loan from the Arkell Museum at Canajoharie.
A catalogue of works with entries representing 23 paintings, including one piece from The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and another from a private collection. Also included are never before published inscriptions on the reverse side (verso) of some of the artwork.
