The New York State Historical Association has a long history of publishing books, manuscripts, journals, exhibition catalogs and educational materials in support of our mission as a statewide historical agency. From the award winning Heritage magazine, to the only scholarly journal on New York history, to exhibition catalogs on such notable artists as Winslow Homer, John Brewster, and Grandma Moses, the Association offers many opportunities for scholars, our members and visitors to learn about New York, American art and Native American art.

The Farmers' Museum's new book, Otsego County: Its Towns and Treasures, is now available online. Click here for more information.

We invite you to subscribe, become a member, or submit for one of our three scholarly manuscript prizes.
