School programs at the Fenimore Art Museum engage your students by providing content rich docent led tours, hands-on workshops. All activities are based on New York State Learning Standards. Students will be exposed to the Fenimore's collections of American fine and folk art, as well as one of the most spectacular exhibits of Native American art in the country. Gallery Tours

Special guided tours of specific permanent collections and special exhibits are available upon request. Tours are available September - December, March - mid-May.

Workshops

Workshops include hands-on projects and are available September - December, March - mid-May.

Spring Field Days

Spring Field Days are available mid-May through June. Students can tour the museums at their own pace during this popular program.

Program Fees

Gallery Tours are $4.00 per student.

On-site Workshops are $6.00 per student (Distance Learning prices differ. See Distance Learning (hyperlink) page.

Spring Field Days is $6.00 per student for both museums and Native American sites.
