Description Huron Black-dyed Moosehair Knife Sheath; Medium/Materials: Black-dyed hide, silk binding, porcupine quills, dyed moosehair, horsehair, tin cones.; Marks: Inside, in black ink: "N. America [underlined] Hide sheath for a knife with good quill work decoration" and on reverse, in black ink: "10 July 1924" and in pencil: "18th century Iroq"; on reverse of sheath, masking tape in ballpoint ink: "t 7.3";
