PAYMENT METHODS THE FENIMORE ART MUSEUM Accepted forms of payment for admission tickets include: cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and traveler’s checks.
AMENITIES AND POLICIES AT THE FENIMORE ART MUSEUM
The Fenimore Café in the Fenimore Art Museum offers light café fare and a variety of beverages including wine and beer. The café is open during the Fenimore Art Museum hours from April 1st through December 31st. Visitors may dine at the café without paying the Fenimore Art Museum entry fee.
Restrooms are located on the second floor and Lake level. The Lake level restrooms are handicapped accessible and have baby changers.
Drinking fountains are located outside the Lake level restrooms.
An elevator provides access to the three gallery levels and easily accommodates wheelchairs including motorized wheelchairs.
A public telephone is located in the Visitors' room.
Small lockers located in the Visitors' Room are available for 25 cents.
Oversized items may be checked at the Admissions Desk.
POLICIES AT THE FENIMORE ART MUSEUM
For the safety of the collections and our visitors, the following are not permitted in the galleries:

• Video recorders
• Briefcases
• Backbacks
• Shopping Bags
• Oversized Purses
• Umbrellas
• Baseball Bats and similar athletic equipment
Photography and videography are not permitted inside the museum, and cameras and video equipment may not be carried in the galleries. There are no limitations for photography and videography outside on the grounds.
Service animals are welcome in the museum. They should be wearing their service identification jacket or vest.
Pets and non-service animals are not permitted in the museum or on museum grounds.
